More than 40 species of aromatic herbs are grown on the Mas Vinyoles Natura estate itself, most of which are of Mediterranean origin. Organically grown, cut and packed by hand and dried in a solar dryer.

The project is managed by Sambucus, a social cooperative that aims to provide employment opportunities to people at risk of exclusion, and does so through activities such as organic farming, catering, cultivation and marketing of organic aromatic herbs and catering service.

The Sambucus cooperative offers tours of the fields and educational workshops.
